In order to compensate for Ingres s backslide in the second half of the 1990s, FreeSoft has entered into a partnership with Oracle, the main producer of competitive products at that time. Freesoft Nyrt. was formed in April 2004, through the merger of Fríz 68 Rt. and FreeSoft Kft. The company s main activities are providing software products and consultancy.
