Business activity
The company s legal predecessor was founded in 2000. It operates in the field of the so-called ESCO (energy saving company) services. Using its own capital, it restructures energy-use systems, drawing returns through the savings in energy costs. It also undertakes the long-term maintenance and operation of the newly established systems. Depending on the rate of return, it provides energy services (heat supply, public lighting, electrical power conservation service) under contracts typically lasting 8 to 15 years.
