To indicate the trends of the capital market the stock exchange calculates domestic
and regional equity indices as well as a yield index.
Domestic equity indices
The equity index group of the stock exchange shows the price changes of the shares
traded on BSE into one single figure. The indices are the follows:
Regional equity index
BSE calculates the CETOP20 regional blue chip index. It tracks the trends of
the equtiy markets of Central-European stock exchanges. The index reflects the
performance of 20 companies with the biggest market value and turnover in the
Central European region.

Index licensing
The indices designed, calculated and published by Budapest Stock Exchange are
registered trademarks. The non-exclusive right to use one or more of these indices
as underlying for public issues of OTC or exchange tradable structured products
is granted only upon a previous conclusion of a license agreement.
