On the Exchange, the right to trade is ensured exclusively for persons to whom
the Exchange has given the respective licence, the so-called trading rights.
Investors can realize their deals on the exchange through these exchange-trading
Exchange trading takes place in sections, at present there are four such sections:
debt securities section,

Acquisition of the right to trade
Acquisition of the trading right is the result of a two-stage process:
first, membership in one or several Sections is acquired,
after that, the member may acquire trading rights in the given section(s).
The acquisition of the status takes place in both cases on the basis of an application
submitted to the Exchange, prepared in accordance with the Regulations on Section Membership. Detailed information on the process of acquiring membership is provided in

Section membership and trading rights are not transferable.
The following players can acquire trading right:
investment companies and trading companies holding an adequate license in the EEA
in all sections of the BSE,
commodity exchange service providers in the commodity section.
A list of exchange trading members is provided in the List of Section Members.
Trading companies participate in the trading on the exchange through their traders.
Upon a written request from the trading company, the Exchange records a trader
complying with the requirements of the Regulations on Section Membership after the receipt of the documents required for the registration of traders, by recording on the list of traders.
