The participating companies on the roadshow were able to get acquainted with the Multi-Program, which offers support towards reaching the professional and financial goals of the companies, along with the possibilities of increasing corporate value through the programs of the Budapest Stock Exchange, including the ELITE Program. The guests of the events could not only develop their business development knowledge but also acquire useful ideas on corporate organization and change management through presentations by company leaders and experts.
Throughout the outreach events, Márton Paulovits, Head of Issuers Acquisitions of the Budapest Stock Exchange, highlighted the importance of diverse capital financing for the stable financial structure of SMEs. Programs of BSE, such as the ELITE Program, can give a helping hand providing aid in external financing, offering the development of financial culture and shaping the business approach of leaders of participating companies. Associations of the ELITE community are able to reach company growth by learning the best practices from other companies operating in similar or even different entrepreneurial environment.
The aim of the Budapest Stock Exchange is to support the development of companies through creating value: the role of capital as a viable source of financing can take a fundamental place in growth towards multinational levels. External experience and conscious training provided by initiatives such as the ELITE Program help SMEs to cope with difficult, unexpected economic situations, making them more resilient against recession.
