The sales of Duna House Holding Plc.’s stocks to private and institutional investors begin on October 17. Between October 17 and 27, private investors and institutions can buy the firm’s stocks with especially favorable conditions.

Duna House Holding operates in 3 countries with a total of 230 real estate and residential loan brokering agencies, as well as more than 1700 agents. The dynamically growing regional real estate group launched newly built residential development projects and established Hungary’s first residential property fund in 2016. The company was listed on the Budapest Stock Exchange in autumn 2015, since then, the holding has been publishing important financial data and corporate events on BSE’s platform.

In compliance with the Prospectus approved by the No. H-KE-III-716/2016 decision of the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, the central bank of Hungary, Hungarian and foreign individuals and companies can purchase common shares of Duna House Holding Plc. from October 17, 2016 with especially favorable conditions. In the framework of the IPO, 75 000 stocks can be bought, maximum 250 per investor with an initial 10% discount on the stock prices. The subscription of Duna House shares takes place in the price range of HUF 3 900-5 250, with the final price to be determined by the price reached in the private sale, but it shall be no higher than the maximum price.
