| Business activity | Main activity of OXO Technologies Holding consist of investing in domestic and regional tech firms, supporting their growth via equity investments and other forms of capital financing while providing growth-inducing services and realizing revenue from dividends and the exit of portfolio companies. The Holding has been building its portfolio since 2015, consisting of companies with multiple years of operation and considerable revenues, and of emerging tech companies. By organizing these businesses into a holding structure, one that is diverse both in terms of maturity and industry, they display manageable risk levels. While the investment and acquisition activity of OXO Technologies Holding will continue into businesses in growth and mature, buyout phases, in line with the group s previous practice, early-stage investments are managed by OXO Labs Kft., OXO Technologies Holding s wholly-owned subsidiary. The owners of OXO Technologies Holding consist of the group s founders, joined by private and institutional investors.
