| Business activity | The company s legal predecessor was founded by ÁPV Rt. in 1997. By way of a two-stage capital increase, ÁPV Rt. transferred 40 asset elements to the company, and designated the company as a company affected by the withdrawal of compensation notes, which meant that when the shares of Forrás Nyrt. were listed on the Exchange in 2003, they could be subscribed to in exchange for compensation notes. The main activities of the company are: asset management, real estate management and utilisation, management of bank deposits and securities listed on the stock exchange, supervision of environmental protection and damage prevention projects as well as business consultancy. During the public purchase bid of ARAGO Befektetési Holding and by acquiring a share in Bartolus-Invest, it has increased the extent of its control to 87.96%. | ||||||||||||
