| Business activity | Established in 1997, the Masterplast Group is the largest Hungarian-owned building materials manufacturer in the Central European region. In 2025, the companys revenue exceeded EUR 171 million, and it employed nearly 1,100 people. Through its subsidiaries, Masterplast maintains a direct market presence in 10 European countries and is represented in most European markets through its export partners. The Group holds a leading position in the markets for facade insulation systems, pitched-roof insulation solutions, and dry construction system components. Its product supply is primarily secured through production at its ISO- and TÜV-certified manufacturing facilities located in Hungary, Serbia, and Germany, complemented by strategic manufacturing partnerships. In response to the growing demand for fibrous insulation materials, the company has focused on the production of glass wool thermal insulation materials to serve the Hungarian and Central and Eastern European markets. A further strategic objective is the accelerated development and scaling of its modular business division. Within modular construction, building units with a high level of internal completion are manufactured under controlled industrial conditions. With a well-established, customer-oriented sales network, continuous quality control of manufactured and distributed products, a stable product supply chain, and flexible logistics solutions, Masterplast provides competitive business services to its partners. The company places strong emphasis on sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental protection, both in its internal operations and in the manufacturing and development of its products. | |||||||||||||||
