| Business activity | The Company was established by two private individuals on July 8, 2009, with an initial capital of 500.000.000,- HUF (five hundred million Hungarian forints) for carrying out asset management activities . It is proposed that the primary business activity of Company would consist of the acquiring, by using the Company s own funds and external financings (e.g., bank financing or equity), mainly majority interest in Hungarian or foreign companies of various profile and with a profitable business activity and also the carrying out of a holding activity including the managing and controlling of these companies. The Company is also planning to invest in passive securities and real estates and, thereafter, to manage such investment portfolios. By following a conservative investment policy it is the Company s aim to create from its Hungarian and foreign securities and real estates investments an investment portfolio providing, in middle- and long-terms, revenues high enough to return the invested funds and a profit which is generally expected in that particular business sector. The Company s main vision and strategy is to rely on the founders intellectual expertise gained in the past years on the fields of Hungarian and foreign real estate investments in order to identify the available opportunities of the investment markets. | |||||||||
