The Stock Exchange Advisory Board was established by the BSE’s Board of Directors in 2016 with the aim of involving a broad range of relevant industry participants in the development and implementation of the BSE’s new strategy. The Board supports the work of the BSE’s Board of Directors and management by offering advice and expert insights on strategic issues concerning the Exchange. The 12-member Board is composed of prominent figures, leading professionals, and respected experts from Hungary’s financial and capital markets. The Chair of the Board is Dr. Ilona Hardy, the first Executive Director of the re-established Budapest Stock Exchange in 1990.
