AutoWallis is present in 17 countries of the Central and Eastern European region (Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Kosovo, Poland, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Hungary) with retail and wholesale of vehicles and spare parts, repair services, and short- and long-term vehicle rental. The growth was primarily driven by the Retail Business Unit, which expanded by more than 21%, while the Distribution Business Unit also outperformed last year’s figure by 2.5% after catching up with earlier quarters. The strong sales performance of the region’s leading integrated automotive and mobility service provider was supported by both organic growth and acquisitions.
13 Oct 2025 10:55	In line with its strategic targets, AutoWallis is continuing to strengthen its presence in vehicle retail after coming to an agreement on Lexus sales. The leading integrated car sales and mobility service provider in the Central and Eastern European region opened its first Lexus dealership in Győr, increasing the number of brands represented by the company to thirty.
10 Oct 2025 09:40	The AutoWallis Green Finance Committee has once again prepared its annual Green Bond Allocation and Environmental Impact Report on the use and environmental impact of the revenue received from the HUF 6.6 billion in green bonds issued by the company in 2021. Committed to sustainable operations, the company has made decisions on the use of close to HUF 4.3 billion and has initiated the preparation of a number of new green projects.

18 Aug 2025 16:35	Compared to the first three months of the year, AutoWallis’operating efficiency improved, and its revenue increased by nearly 21% to HUF 235 billion in the first half of 2025. EBITDA was HUF 8.1 billion, reducing the difference from the comparable period of the previous year to 10%, as opposed to the 31% shortfall in the first quarter. Some of the measures aimed at increasing profitability and efficiency have already contributed to the improvement, with further favorable effects expected later.
