Sándor CSÁNYI |
In 1974 he received his degree as a certified economist at the College of Finance and Accounting and in 1980 he obtained a degree in economics at the Marx Károly University of Economics. He is an economist specialised in Finance and Statutory Auditor. After graduating from the University, he was employed by the Directorate-General for Revenue of the Ministry of Finance and the Secretariat of the Ministry of Finance and from 1983 until 1986 he was head of department at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food. From 1986 to 1989 he was head of department at Magyar Hitel Bank Rt.. He was Deputy CEO of K&H Bank between 1989 and 1992. Since 1992, he has been Chairman and CEO of OTP Bank. He is a member of the European Advisory Board of MasterCard and Vice President of MOL Plc., Co-chairman of the VOSZ National Association of Employers and Employees, and Co-Chairman of the Chinese-Hungarian Business Council. He has been the president of the MLSZ (Hungarian Football Federation) since July 2010, and a member of the UEFA Executive Committee since March 2015. Since April 2017, he has been a member of the FIFA Council, since February 2018, Vice President of FIFA. |
Richárd VÉGH |
Richárd Végh was appointed CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange on 1 January 2016. He was elected as the Chairman of the Board on 16 March, 2017. Previously he worked at the Central Bank of Hungary (MNB) from October 2013 to December 2015, as Director of the Capital Market Supervision Directorate and was responsible for prudential supervision of capital market institutions in Hungary, market surveillance examinations concerning market manipulation, insider trading, and unauthorized financial services and was also responsible for the capital market issuer licensing. From 2004 till 2013 he worked at Budapest Stock Exchange in various positions. |

Dr Balog was the President and the CEO of MKB Bank Zrt between July 2015 and July 2016, since July 2016 he has been the CEO of MKB Bank Zrt. Between March 2013 and July 2015 he was Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Hungary and member of the Monetary Council. Between 2010 and 2013 he worked as Deputy State Secretary responsible for taxation matters at the Ministry for National Economy. From 2002 he had worked at GE Tungsram Lighting Ltd and between 2003 and 2010 at the Tax Department of Pricewaterhouse Coopers Hungary Ltd. Dr Balog is an economist and lawyer. He is the member of the Board of Budapest Stock Exchange and the Board of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as well as the vice president of the Hungarian Economic Association. |

Dr. Adrienn Berta is the Executive Director of Business Management at the Hungarian Development Bank. She has a strong managerial background with experience in corporate finance and corporate law. After obtaining her degree at the University of Szeged, she was working at Baker&McKenzie law firm and at Imre és Társai law firm. Beside law degree, she obtained a degree in economics as well. From 2009 she was working at CIB Bank in various areas: she was responsible for the recovery strategy, the mortage house refinancing, the corporate and project finance management, and lastly corporate and residential refinancing. |

Ádám Hegyi is the managing director of PRIMARE Partners. With 21 years of investment banking experience his practice area is execution of corporate acquisitions, corporate sale processes and capital market transactions for his clients. So far he successfully managed about 100 deals both in Hungary and in other CEE countries. He is regular presenter in conferences and lecturer of M&A and capital market topics in English and in Hungarian. Joerg Bauer is the owner, President & CEO of TUNGSRAM GROUP. Previously he had been President of GE Hungary. Prior to this role Joerg was the CFO for GE Healthcare in CEE. Earlier experience includes international Finance and Management assignments with Audi and Mettler-Toledo, partly also based in Hungary. Born and raised in Germany, Joerg started off as an apprentice banker with a local branch of Deutsche Bundesbank and holds a double Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cologne and in International Management (CEMS MiM) from Cologne and Corvinus, Budapest; earlier he had been a one-year visiting student at Oxford University. He started his career as a member of GE Capital’s Financial Management Program in London. He serves as the president of the Board of Trustees of the Sports University in Budapest. He also co-leads the Innovation Task Force of the Hungarian American Chamber of Commerce and is one of the two vice presidents of the Hungarian Association of International Companies. Kata Lódi started working for the Issuers Acquisitions Department as a legal counsel in 2016. She is mainly dealing with potential Issuers, with the establishment of the Budapest Stock Exchange ecosystem, and with the ELITE Programme. Ms. Lódi earned her law degree at the University of Szeged (Faculty of Law and Political Sciences), after the legal bar exam she got her commercial lawyer degree at ELTE Institute for Postgraduate Legal Studies and passed the Hungarian Stock Exchange Exam at Central European Broker Training Foundation. Ms. Lódi gained her capital market experience at CIG Pannónia Life Insurance Plc as IR officer, and at the Hungarian Central Bank as a capital market supervisor. |
